Cine TV 4.6.0 is the biggest update of the year. The team focused heavily on startup performance, and the results are noticeable — cold launch time dropped by roughly 40% compared to 4.5.x on mid-range devices. The home screen has been completely redesigned. Instead of the old static category grid, you now get a dynamic horizontal rail that adapts based on what you watch most. Movies you left halfway through appear at the top, trending content sits in a dedicated row, and live channels get their own pinned section so they're always one tap away.
HD playback received a significant tuning pass. The adaptive bitrate algorithm is smarter now — it holds at the highest quality your connection supports for longer before stepping down, which means fewer annoying quality dips during scenes. 4K streams also buffer roughly 20% faster than before on the same connection.
Subtitle sync was one of the most-reported issues in 4.5.x, especially on slower devices where audio and video rendering were slightly out of step. Version 4.6.0 fixes this with a new sync-lock mechanism that ties subtitle rendering to the decoded audio timestamp instead of the wall clock. You can also now nudge subtitles ±5 seconds manually inside the player if a particular source is still off.

Search has been rebuilt from scratch. It now searches across movies, series, anime and live channels simultaneously, shows results as you type, and filters by genre, year and language right from the search screen. Mis-spelled searches are handled better too — typing 'strager things' still finds Stranger Things.
